Membership Terms
At Koda CrossFit Norman, we’re committed to helping you reach your fitness goals with world-class coaching, a supportive community, and structured programming.
Membership Agreement
By enrolling in a membership with Koda CrossFit Norman, you agree to the following terms:
- Automatic Payments: You authorize Koda CrossFit Norman to charge your debit/credit card or bank account monthly for the membership rate associated with your selected plan.
- Ongoing Membership: After your initial commitment term ends, your membership will continue month-to-month unless you submit written notice (via email) to cancel. This notice must be received at least 10 days before your next billing date.
- Notice Required for Changes: Any membership changes—including cancellation or freeze requests—must be submitted in writing via email to kodastaff@gmail.com. No verbal or in-person requests will be accepted.
- No Refunds: Failure to provide written notice may result in continued charges. Refunds will not be issued for missed or unused time.
- Failed Payments: If your payment is declined or returned for any reason, you are still responsible for the payment as well as any associated service fees.
Membership Freeze Policy
Memberships may be frozen temporarily for the following reasons, at the discretion of Koda CrossFit Norman:
- Injury or Medical Condition: If an illness or injury prevents you from participating in any form of fitness. A physician’s or coach’s note may be required.
- Relocation: If you move more than 20 miles away from Koda CrossFit Norman or any other Koda location.
- Student Absence: If you’re a student moving more than 20 miles away for a semester or summer break.
